By entering the 2026 TCGM Tech Tour Rawrr Mantis X Pro Giveaway ("Giveaway"), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TCGM, LLC ("Sponsor"), which are final regarding the administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time ("MT") on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on November 30, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Sponsor's systems will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.

Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who:

• Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry; and
• Have reached the legal age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of residence.

Owners, officers and employees of TCGM, LLC, individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, prize suppliers, promotional agencies involved with the Giveaway, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void in Rhode Island and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to access the official Giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period.

At an official TCGM 2026 Tech Tour stop:
Scan the Giveaway QR code provided at the tour stop and complete the official entry form.

Online:Visit https://tcgm.com/pages/tour-giveaway during the Promotion Period and complete the official online entry form.

There is no cost to enter and no purchase is necessary.

Regardless of how the entry form is accessed, there is a limit of one entry per eligible person during the entire Promotion Period.

If multiple entries are submitted by the same person, Sponsor may disregard duplicate entries and retain the first valid entry received.

Entries must contain complete and accurate information sufficient for Sponsor to contact and verify a potential winner.

Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, falsified or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

Making a purchase, visiting a tour stop, purchasing TCGM merchandise or engaging with TCGM on social media will not increase an entrant's odds of winning.

PRIZE

One winner will receive:
One 2025 Rawrr Mantis X Pro electric off-road motorcycle/e-moto.

The manufacturer's current listed retail price for a Mantis X Pro is approximately $3,899. The actual fair market value of the prize at the time it is awarded may be lower due to the limited demo use described below.

Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual fair market value of the prize will not be awarded in cash.

CONDITION OF THE PRIZE

The prize is the actual Rawrr Mantis X Pro traveling with TCGM during the 2026 Tech Tour.

The bike may receive limited demonstration and test use by technicians and other authorized participants at select tour stops. As a result, the prize will not be delivered as a new, unused or factory-sealed vehicle.

The winner should expect reasonable mileage, wear or cosmetic signs of use consistent with its role as a tour and demonstration bike.

The prize will be awarded in its condition at the conclusion of the Tour, subject to any applicable manufacturer warranty that remains in effect, if any.

The prize is intended for off-road use only. It was not manufactured for use on public streets, roads or highways. The winner is responsible for understanding and following all laws and regulations governing possession and use of the bike in the winner's jurisdiction.

No cash alternative is available.

DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

Sponsor will arrange delivery of the prize after the winner has been confirmed and all required documentation has been completed.

Sponsor will determine the delivery method based on the winner's location.

If the winner is located within a reasonable one-day driving distance, Sponsor may personally deliver the bike.If personal delivery is not practical, Sponsor will arrange standard shipment of the bike to an eligible address provided by the winner.

Sponsor will cover the cost of standard delivery or shipment arranged by Sponsor.

The winner is responsible for being available to receive the prize and for any costs arising after delivery, including storage, transportation, registration, permits, licensing, insurance or other requirements applicable in the winner's jurisdiction.

WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing is expected to take place after entries close and in time for an anticipated winner announcement on or about December 7, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If the winner is located within a reasonable one-day driving distance, Sponsor may personally deliver the bike.If personal delivery is not practical, Sponsor will arrange standard shipment of the bike to an eligible address provided by the winner.

Sponsor will cover the cost of standard delivery or shipment arranged by Sponsor.

The winner is responsible for being available to receive the prize and for any costs arising after delivery, including storage, transportation, registration, permits, licensing, insurance or other requirements applicable in the winner's jurisdiction.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided with their entry.

The potential winner must respond within three business days of Sponsor's initial notification.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and complete documentation reasonably required by Sponsor, which may include an eligibility declaration, liability release, tax documentation and prize acceptance documentation.

If the potential winner:
• Does not respond within the required timeframe;
• Cannot be contacted;
• Cannot establish eligibility;
• Refuses the prize;
• Does not complete required documentation; or
• Is otherwise found to have violated these Official Rules,the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

A selected entrant is not the official winner until their eligibility has been verified and Sponsor has confirmed them as the winner.

TAXES AND OTHER COSTS

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes arising from acceptance of the prize.

Sponsor may require the winner to provide information or documentation necessary for applicable tax reporting and may issue any tax reporting form required by law.

The winner is also responsible for registration, permits, licensing, insurance and other legal requirements associated with ownership or use of the prize in the winner's jurisdiction.

SAFETY AND USE

The Rawrr Mantis X Pro is a high-performance electric off-road motorcycle.

The winner assumes responsibility for the safe possession and use of the prize after delivery.

The winner should use appropriate protective equipment, including a helmet, and follow manufacturer instructions and applicable laws.

The bike is not street legal and is intended for off-road use only.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain additional entries through fraud or automation, provides false information or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled closing date, Sponsor may select a winner at random from eligible entries received before the interruption if doing so is lawful and reasonably practical.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or not received because of technical, network, internet, device or transmission problems outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree that TCGM, LLC and its owners, employees and representatives will not be responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PUBLICITY

Following confirmation, Sponsor may publicly announce the winner's name, city and state of residence and the prize won, as permitted by law.

Any additional use of the winner's photograph, likeness, testimonial or story for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any additional consent that may be required.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award the prize and meet applicable legal or tax obligations.

Entering the Giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing emails or marketing text messages from TCGM.

Any optional marketing subscription will be handled separately and subject to the consent language presented at the time of signup.

DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited by law, these Official Rules and the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be subject to applicable federal and state law and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
